Wooden boards, Random thoughts, and you

In search for the Wooden Board

It was a long tiresome journey for the poor 6 souls.
They were travelling wearily along De Fu Lane, which one of them apparently did not know existed (Okay, I'll admit that 'one of them' sorta resembled me)
Anyway, they had to first wait for Siyi to pack her bag.
Then, when they were finally about to leave the school gates one of them, Eve suddenly said she wanted to pon a maths and come along.
Thus one of them, which also beared an unseeming strikingness towards me, had to suffer the misfortune of following her up to class and waiting for another 'Should I bring this home' Siyi re-run.

Afterwards, they proceeded to De Fu Lane, which is this great factory uluified place.

Said one of the lost souls, "Let's try this shop"
Said the other, "okay"
Said another, walking in, "hello? Mai wooden board ma?"
Said the last, typing all this while,"Can I go back to first person narrative?"
Said the last again, tired of asking, "YES"

Sorry, that was a poor attempt at being lame. Personally really really tired and I can't wait to just bury my head into my pillow and produce more ZZZZs. But I know, It's been awhile since I've posted a nice wholesome worth-reading entry for you guys and I'm feeling guiltish.

From Blk 38 we walked to block 8. How's that for a major exercise regime? ((:
It was really stupid la. First, we walked into a shop which had tons of wooden planks which looked kinda old. Cannot buy. "Go to Block 8". Hehe. We don't want. Walk along, see a old wooden board on the floor waiting to be dumped. PERFECT SIZE FOR THE CLASS MURAL, but too flimsy. And they found it too dirty. Enter another shop. Cannot again. "Go to block 8". Still don't want, but no choice. Complain Grumble Moan Groan all the way.

And all along we were suffocated by some burnt coffee-cum-milobar-cum expired chocolate smell so I stuck to smelling my yummy yummy chicken biscuit wallet :D Ah, the yumminessiness ((: Hmm, so crumbly bits of chicken biscuit left in my pocket did come to good use after all. Hooray for Chicken Biscuits! And they're only 50 cents!
Heheh. I'm advertising for the canteen Stall 3 Auntie here. Must give me some comission hor.

Finally reached, and the nicey Uncle gave us a free board. It was much too long so we had to ask next door uncle to help us cut. And the cutter was damn scary and spurting out sparks so I grabbed on to Sab and she nearly fell over xD. Then another ice cream uncle calling out, "Xiao Mei Mei" to us. WEIRD. Felt really out of place there. Imagine 6 school girls carrying school bags in school uniform coming to buy a piece of wood from factory?

Today's my unlucky day. No no, never say anything is unlucky. Everything happens for a reason. Yeah, even me stepping on that puddle of vomit at the lift >.<>

Mini relay system (:
First was Eve and Me, then Siyi and Sab, then Chelsie and Clarice.
Then Eve and Chel, then Me and Sab, then Siyi and Clarice.

I was uber late to go home so I just hopped on 136 hoping it'll take me somewhere near Thomson.
Ang Mo Kio. Okay, next stop maybe still en route. One more stop la. Okay last stop then I alight. By the time I alighted the bus turned into some Ave and I super lost, decided to walk back to previous bus stop. I did, but it was NOT AT ALL en route! There was only one bus, 262. So I braved the mud, the grass, the roots, the wet ground and walked back to sq one. From afar sighted Sin Ming area, I was so happy to see something of familiarity. Strided like never before, arrived at the bus stop only to see foreign buses. And by then I was really really exhausted, felt like just collapsing on the bus seat and yelling, "ive gotten lost for the second time in the same week and it's all your fault!" to some poor innocent stranger who will stare at me like I've just grown a tail or something.

Bleah. I seriously thought I was lost so I called Mum to fetch but halfway I realised Salvation army was just around the corner and I could actually take 2 direct buses homeif I just crossed the road but nevermind, she was on the way.
