took shuttle to SENTOSA

jiarong saw some of her Gan Eng Seng students which she was relief teaching. Too bad, we were'nt that great 'hide behind-ers'.

anyway, got to the place, missed 2 yellow lines and finally got on one.
dropped off at palawan beach =))
Not a soul in sight.
Guess it pays to be early.
Plopped our stuff at some shady thing, then went to 711 to get potato chips and water for our PICNIC!
Me and Kel were the first to step into the water.

First, we were obsessed with fishes.
And I mean REALLY obsessed.
We spotted them and cornered them; tried follow them and catch them.
Not reallly actually worth catching though (it's actually ILLEGAL, but whatever), as they were these DULL, UGLY, BROWN ikan bilis-looking things.
But well, in Singapore what can you expect?
Small things like these get us fascinated.
Tried the plastic bag method but all we got in the end was a bag full of water.

So we got kind of sick of fishes.
Went on to building sand castles. Well not really Sand Castles. More like..urm, wells? Haha. I was applying my geography knowledge. Groundwater. Ditches. Moats. Soil Errosion. Stuff like that. The two of our well thingys failed. The tide kept rising, the walls fell down. We moved up, the tide followed.

Splashed water. Then after that didn't care anymore and just jumped in.

SUNtanning followed thereafter. Mostly yj and kel lah. They stripped while the three of us made heart shapped rocks to give jiarong who was sleeping on the picnic mat.

was walking back to the shower area to wash off when heard someone calling 'smartie!'. Aiyah, don't need to say more. Charms, Clare, Janice and Julia fooling around on the sand. Haha, well actually burying Julia.

Went back. Ate chips. They suntanned some more. Went over to 711, bought cup noodles. Yeah, we're hungry people. I don't know how many lunches we had. Ate at some wooden platform. And it turns out it was the tram stop =/

Walked back. To bridge. Crossed over, kel and yj suntanned SOMEMORE. And yj's face was getting seriously tomato red. She wanted to get her sunglasses tan! weird.

We made another well. And this time, we SUCCEEDED. Groundwater attained. Took photos. Swam around a bit. Went back, showered.

Harbourfront. ate late lunch again. or tea?
Pasta Mania.

Homed. Took 166.
So conked out I slept almost throughout the thing that I didnt even notice someone sat next to me. When I woke up the whole bus was like, wah. Totally filled. I was crammed in some corner but went back to sleep again.
